Like I stated before, Lee and Klay would be great additions if u were adding him to a core of love and Rubio. Without Love in the mix they just make this team watchable. But barely competitive. This team will be made up of a bunch of third wheel guys. Pek, Ricky , Lee and Klay are all best suited to be ur Chris Bosh , so to speak.
When Rickys up for a new contract can the Wolves afford all 4 players?

So what time zone was this source working on? Time is either up or getting short.

Well if it involves any picks, they're out of time until the draft.

I'm starting to think that they may get the best offer from Golden State post draft. Keep hearing that they are hoping Love would attract Lebron and if that were the case they'd need to unload more salary and probably be willing to give up more to do so. Like Iggy for example.

I don't see him starting the season with the team unless Flip really thinks he's open to staying if they improve & make the playoffs.

I'm tired of Golden State and their BS offers. Lets move on.

I hope Flip has tried to convince Love to go to Cleveland if the playoffs is his real goal or convince Cleveland to take Love despite no assurances he'd resign. Otherwise, Sacramento and Boston have the most to offer in terms of draft picks and young players, put them on the clock.

truth is Love probably won't agree to opt in for any team. It's the smart move. Look at the Laker/Dwight situation. Everyone thought Dwight was a fool for not opting into a longer deal with the Lakers. The team imploded and wasn't close to as it was on paper.

Love can be traded to a team, if it works out great, he can opt out and sign longterm. If things going south for whatever reason, he'll still be the hottest FA and have his choice of teams. And no that doesn't make him an asshole for doing so

The timing of this free agent buzz coinciding with the draft has gotta be a GM's nightmare.

That said, I'll look forward to the awkward post selection interview, "So you're going to MN, I'm not sure who's gonna still be there, but good luck to you son."
