Terrible Move. Davis had negative value and Knicks got two second rounders to take on his contract and then they were about to cut him and extracted a second and Spellman from Wolves.

Leon rose flipped Ed Davis into three second round picks.

Wolves just cant continue to give away second rounders like candy, without repercussions With how bad we are, its almost like a late first rounder.

Yup, no surprise here: D'Angelo Russell was WAY better in Brooklyn when he shared the floor with Ed Davis than when he didn't.

Russell + Davis on: +8.7 net rating (O: 109.6, D: 100.9)
Russell on, Davis off: -3.0 net rating (O: 108.5, D: 111.5)

Lillard called Davis his favorite teammate of all time. He was coached by Vanderpool and Pirgioni. I'm going to trust the coaches here on this one

Honestly it's just from years of the Wolves not signing him every off-season he was available. It kind of feels like a personal accomplishment having him here.

Look he's a journey man role player, he's not going to be jumping off the stats page. What he will do is provide some of Taj's toughness and rebounding. I could see him playing next to KAT/Naz/ Juancho pretty smoothly.

A guy who knows his role and does it well

You can't just make the assumption they Noel would want to come to the wolves. I would rather play in New York then Minnesota

I'll take the veteran presence in the front court even if he is way past his prime.

DMs and texts being flooded right now from people -- players, coaches, media -- absolutely raving about Ed Davis. A very important move there for Rosas.

We should have seen Ed Davis coming.

Davis passes "The Rosas Test" twice over -- playing both for David Vanterpool in Portland (2015-2018) and for Pablo Prigioni in Brooklyn (2018-19).

Experience in Vanterpool's drop scheme on defense and the zipping offensive scheme in BKN.
