Now if people can box out we will have something. He's getting that first miss a lot. But all those dunks on the rebounds are getting tiresome to watch.

Here is something kinda fun...NBA.com actually has a new stat under hustle stats and...as you might expect the Wolves are near the bottom in that category.
Nice find Monster. Man, those hustle stats are a treasure trove of information. Here are some interesting ones....
- As Monster pointed out, the Wolves are 25th in box outs. That certainly makes sense.
- We are DEAD LAST in "screen assists", which is how often the ball handler makes a shot after being screened for.
- Other than those two, we are in the upper half as a team in every other hustle stat. We do really well at contesting shots, which may be also hurts us with box outs (?).
- Josh Okogie is 19th in the entire NBA in deflections per game. Everyone ahead of him on that list plays more minutes than he does, except for Patrick Beverley, who is an elite defender.
- Guess who #1 and #2 on Deflections are? Kris Dunn and Jimmy Butler.
- KAT is second in the NBA in contested shots per game. It turns out he was 2nd last year too, although on an absolute basis he is contesting more shots in fewer minutes this year, so the data still confirms our eye test.
- KAT led our team in screen assists last year with 2.6 per game. How about this year? Only .8 per game! Chemistry matters! I bet his screens for Tyus are a lot more solid!
- Okogie is 2nd on the team in deflections, 3rd in loose balls recovered, 2nd in charges drawn, and 4th in overall rebound percentage. He's averaging the 7th most minutes on the team. Nice work Josh!

Good breakdown of those Q.
We sucked at screen assists last year which should surprise nobody. It seems like I've seen more guards setting screens out on the perimeter for ball handlers this year especially Butler. Maybe that's not actually the case. Tolliver might be one of the best screeners of the "bigs" whichbisnt saying a whole lot. That's still something Dieng is kinda good at the problem has been he hasn't been a threat to score (because he doesn't go to a spot anyone worries too much about) after the screen.
Thanks to Monster for finding these hustle stats and for Q's great breakdown of those stats. Fascinating information. I was really pumped about Okogie before seeing these stats. His hustle stats confirm the eye test. He's a game-changer. Mark my words, at some point this season he'll have a breakout game where he scores 25-30 points to go with 10 rebounds and 5 assists.
