The Spurs aren't the same team. While I'm sure Pop will do his best to keep them competitive, they just don't have the horsepower to compete in the Western Conference this year. I think they will end up somewhere in the bottom half of the conference.
Thought KAT looked solid defensively. Contested a bunch of shots. Wig and Dieng also had nice halves. Tyus is forcing it too much, as a couple others pointed out.
I started watching when it was about 3 minutes left in the 1st quarter. I must have missed more of the bad parts. The team played hard and turned up the defense in that 2nd quarter. If Wiggins played like he did when I was watching I'll take him. Too bad we missed some layups.

When I started watching he got to some good spots to score. He passed once at the rim when he should be trying to score. I'm glad he is trying to score he can't just be a guy sitting around being Kinda like Rubio. I liked what i saw actually. MUCH bette than what's a I saw in preseason.
Decent first half...certainly an improvement over the last four preseason games. Can't quite put my finger on what might be different ;) .
As always, our bigs are intimidated by the Spurs length...6 players took more shots than KAT and Gibson combined. Defense wasn't effective, but at least looked active
Nobody mentioned this but this was the first time in franchise history the Wolves had the same starting starting 5 in consecutive years. Thibs bringing stability to the franchise. :)
