It's because all he wants to do is win. Brett Brown is just another millennial who doesn't get it.

Just a few weeks ago... the trade seemed awesome for both sides.

Shocker. And another big surprise is that his good buddy Antonio Brown quit on the Steelers last week. Two peas in a pod.

I wonder if Rachel is planning another interview...

"Butler has expressed a desire to teammates that he hopes to play in more traditional pick-and-roll and isolation sets, rather than trying to find his place in the Sixers' free-flowing offense..."
So a guy joins a team on the rise with two budding superstars and one of the league's all-time best shooters... and immediately tries to compromise all of it to play the way he prefers... even if it removes those three players from the offense.
Classic Jimmy just wanting to win so bad!

Maybe we should offer up a trade of Thibs for Brown!

I had that quip in my post... but I took it out to steer clear of the recent rash of Thibs posts.
But it makes sense. Thibs runs the type of offense Butler seems to love. And most of us probably prefer a more free-flowing set.
Get it done, SJM.

Does anyone remember when we supposedly had a deal for Glen to sell the team to the conglomerate on this board? What ever happened to that?
