Watching cov pass up the 3 to try and dribble to the rim tells me have a coaching issue more than a player one.

Amazing how Pop can turn a bunch of spare parts into a highly functioning basketball unit that defends, moves the ball, and doesn't turn it over.

And OF COURSE no one ever misses a damn 3 against the Wolves. This is the third team out of four that is on fire from outside the arc against us.

Jim makes a point that we dont switch as much as we should, so shooters always get that little extra space to get a clean look off.

Still...even really good shooters only hit around 40-43%% or so of uncontested 3's. And most of these 3's have some level of contest. It's being a beat slow defensively, but also terribly unlucky.

These are exciting times, we will likely be picking around 10 in the upcoming draft along with a new coach with modern schemes and rotations! We just have to continue to be on the lookout for a PG upgrade

Wiggs defense has been good again this game.

DeRozan got a really lucky bounce too on a well defended shot. Figures....

Wiggins also being a bit more aggressive trying to get all the way to the basket tonight after a couple of early clanks on his patented long 2s. May be a coach is getting in his ear. He even got the benefit of a call when he clearly hooked DeRozan. It helps to be the aggressor!
