Going to be an interesting couple of weeks if we don't win the next 2 and fall out of it.

We have tyus, Teague, Taj, rose, bayless expiring and toliver who all could have some value around the league

Crazy how much wiggs gets ignored in the 4th.

It's a point guard dominated offense. When you have two of them in there the other 3 become bystanders.

Now I would have put the starters outside of Taj back in sooner but we know people would have bitched that our starters were to tired down the stretch.

Ive seen enough of our pgs. It's time to start bayless when he returns. He'll at least spot up and not take the air out of the ball. And it's not like his defense could be any worse.

I don't want that to happen. I am fine with Saric playing more minutes but nobody move in that 2nd unit if saric is not there.

It will be just watching rose go one on one but with even less space with Taj in there

I agree with you. It's a tough spot, and a roster construction issue. My larger point was Belly was such an underutilized player for us. Part was on him but I screamed it last year it's tough playing when you feel like you're gonna be pulled for missing a shot. I felt he was a great fit next to Kat.

I'd play Taj as a the 2nd unit 5, and play small. Have Okogie in the lineup, with RoCo, you obviously have to stager the lineups a bit. His rotations are so jacked right now. Seriously this road trip Saric has been on the court for like 18 minute stretches. That's coaching malpractice.

I would also say Wiggins never developing into an iso wing is huge killer.

It's my same theory as with towns. We have to work our asses off to get the ball 2 these 2 guys in places they can most succeed. If the play is shut down we have a sort clock.

I'm serious when I say I don't know if you can win in this league without a dominant iso PG or wing

At one point Teague was coming out from  underneath the basket and Wig's defender left Wig to pick uo Teague . . . easy pass for a set open 3 . . . Teague circled around and passed to Kat running out to the 3 for a challenged moving shot.

Kat also took challenged step back 3's when it really didn't matter with Wiggins unguarded at the 3.

Don't disagree with you there. He has played rose in huge stretches also. I'm ready for thibs to be gone. I think he is a middle of the pack coach. It could get worse without thibs but I am willing to gamble. There has to be a good run coaching mind somewhere

The Kings don't obviously play this well every game. But you need a system/style of play to get up 39 3 pt attempts. It's spacing, drive and kicking, making the extra pass, getting out on tradition and hunting 3's, you don't just snap a finger and play like that, It's coached, we unfortunately don't play that way.
