I thought most everyone played great tonight, especially KAT, Gorgui, Rose, Saric, and Tyus.
Great game for us to watch.
I'm happy with the win, and I liked our play all night. But, we just had 3 road games, one at home coming up, then 3 more on the road with no more than one day between games for the next 2 weeks. I don't think it's unreasonable to think about the coming games up by 20 with half a quarter to go

Future games are important, yes. But securing games, flushing out what works and doesn't, and securing a blowout is more important for this team right now. We needed the boost, and I don't care about an extra three minutes play time.
This game was huge in terms of it being who Thibs previously coached, a team rose previously led, and a team who we traded a big core to. There are many reasons to prove out in that building. I was glad we didn't bench out.

Terrific dominating win tonight...we did what we needed to do and everyone played well.
But I have to side with those who were baffled (again) by Thibs leaving his starters in too long, and even bringing Wig back into the game with 3 minutes left up 20! Rose and Covington are coming off injuries, and Thibs played them close to 40 minutes...really? I see no benefit out of our starters getting garbage minutes up 20 against future HOFers like Cristiano Felicio, and lots of potential downside. It's almost like Thibs doesn't even notice when the opponent is waving the white flag and emptying their bench!

No one will ever match Mychal Thompson and Hanny-Man!
I had to watch the Chicago announcers. How did Marney do?
Meh. Pleasant. Nice voice. But she had a few "huh?" moments... like when Derrick Rose had the ball and signaling for a timeout and she said even he was telling the officials that the Bulls wanted a timeout.
