Yep. People are going to blame Wiggins (and he deserves a lot) but 10 missed FTs outside of Wiggins. Allowing 60+ 1st half pts to the hawks. Couldn't inbound the ball at the end of regulation that would have sealed it. Cov misses to open dunks.
Don't deserve the win
Very true. Team effort in terms of the loss, although I can't see how anyone thinks Wiggins will ever change after witnessing that performance. He'll never come close to earning that contract.
KAT had a big game but he was part of the problem defensively in the first half.
Ultimately when there are that many miscues, you gotta go back to the coaching.....

We don't deserve the win - we did not win.
Wiggins is a huge detriment to this team though. Game after game. Thibs puts the ball in his ands over and over (or he elects to take it himself) in a mindset that looks to be attempting to prove he is worth the contract. He isn't. He interrupts the flow of our games all the time. Sit his ass.
Wiggins is a bench player until proven otherwise, through and through. I don't care about what he is getting paid.

My larger question is why does Thibs continually put the ball in Wiggins hands in "clutch" situations. End of quarters, end of the 4th iso, this play out of bounds. Especially after he has shot 40 some % from FT and done nothing all game? We need to play through Towns. He cannot be stopped, defenses collapse and we get out best shots off of that.
I understand what you are saying but in clutch situations this year KAT has shot 30% from the field the worst on the team.
Kind of sad the wolves have had 10 players shoot a shot in clutch situation Kat ranks 10th with 30% and wiggins is 8th at 35% (he is shooting 26% from the line this year in clutch situations not including tonight)

It's amazing, isn't it? Three different coaches in five years have been trying to make Wiggins a one-on-one play maker and it's been the same low percentage play year after year. IT DOESN'T WORK!!!
What are the number of attempts on those "clutch" shots, and what does this stat use as "clutch"? i.e. last 3 mins 4th quarter, any quarter last few minutes, etc?

5pts or less with 5 minutes to go but I can break it down further (I haven't looked at them yet)
