The younger Winfield is following in those footsteps. A redshirt sophomore, Winfield bounced back from injuries the past two years to lead the Golden Gophers in tackles (83) and interceptions (seven). He had two picks in the victory over Penn State.

He has to come back he's only a sophmore because he was redshirted I believe.
