Yes, KAT's defense is the one bright spot tonight. I'm pleased that it's carried over into the second half. He's overwhelmed on the offensive end. At this level against a championship caliber team, he's not ready to dominate in isolation.

He doesn't have to guard anyone on this team. All he has to do is defend the ocassional P N R. He should look good on D agains this offense

Cool -- I think you know your not quite right on that. He's defending an onslaught of guards and wings slashing to the basket unimpeded while also having to guard and block out Houston's bigs.

I think his job is pretty easy against this team. Capela isn't much of a threat outside the pick n roll. If he rotates to help he has to depend on his teammates to do the same. Maybe we agree to disagree on this one Lip.

Yep, we'll agree to disagree on this. But at least we can agree that he looks good on D. You're point is that he should look good becasue his job is fairly easy. That's where we disagree. I'd hate to be a big on this team with the matador defense we see so often from our perimeter defenders.

Meanwhile Gorgui gets called on that ticky tack pump fake travel he's been doing since he was a rookie (first half). When will the officials call the more blatant travels? When will Gorgui learn? Don't know who I'm more pissed at!

I like the way Wiggins is attacking on the offensive end.

Like seeing Wiggins take it left a bit! Progress!

Tyus continues to impress defensively.....

Gerald Green gets a unimpeded layup. He now has 17 points on the night. He's another free agent Thibs passed on as he waited for Derrick Rose to become available. :). Anyway, the main point is that Gerald Green should have have unimpeded layups and 17 points off then bench through three quarters.

Legit question. Is Gorgui pump travel even a travel. They never show it. It looks fine for me. But mayve I am wrong.

Finally someone knocked Chris Paul down. Too bad Belly wasn't actually trying. What a joke they looked at that.

Tyus is so smart. If his shot can come along he could start someday.
