Yes, KAT's defense is the one bright spot tonight. I'm pleased that it's carried over into the second half. He's overwhelmed on the offensive end. At this level against a championship caliber team, he's not ready to dominate in isolation.
He doesn't have to guard anyone on this team. All he has to do is defend the ocassional P N R. He should look good on D agains this offense
Cool -- I think you know your not quite right on that. He's defending an onslaught of guards and wings slashing to the basket unimpeded while also having to guard and block out Houston's bigs.

I think his job is pretty easy against this team. Capela isn't much of a threat outside the pick n roll. If he rotates to help he has to depend on his teammates to do the same. Maybe we agree to disagree on this one Lip.

Social media will be out for his head tonight.... again.

Where did you get that. He has been our best player (not like that is saying a lot)
just by this thread.
Its been wiggs this and wiggins that. He failed to do something etc...
Wiggins isn't the problem tonight. He hasn't been the answer. :). But he's definitely not the problem. The problem with this team runs much deeper than any one player. It's the collection or blend of players and the coaching.
Im going to lose my mind on the officiating. I am calm now because it is over but Green just moved to the side with out taking a dribble. He litterally took a side step with out dribbling.
A well coached team is better than the sum of its parts. The Wolves are not. In fact, we tend to play at a level below the sum of our parts -- although admittedly there are issues with some of those parts and an even more fundamental question about whether the parts fit well together.
The Wolves had a chance to get back in the game that last stretch. They couldn't take advantage but if they could finish this quarter strong it might keep people watching the whole game.
