He needs to wings that can swtich from 1-4 and zach simply cant give it to.

Sure he'd space our offense better, but we are already a top 5 offense. Butler wouldnt last a season having to chase the quicker player and take the physical pounding of the bigger players.

People attribute our defensive transformation on KAT and Butler, but Wiggs has been a big part of this and often gets overlooked.

I agree Thibs wouldn't offer the deal, especially now that we're set at PG with Teague and Tyus not to mention Andrew's recently improved play. But the more interesting question is whether the Bulls would do that deal. I really don't have a good feel for that, but I'd guess they wouldn't.

Another interesting question is how much it will take for the Bulls to re-sign Zach and whether they'll allow him to become a restricted FA.

IF...these first couple games are a window into what Lavine is gonna show the rest of the season he is gonna get the max. We have seen the talent and the guy is crazy marketable too.

Another interesting hypothetical question would be who would you rather have Tyus or Dunn?

I saw the Spurs result but didn't know we gave our second 2-way to Jefferson. I was hoping we'd do that and I'm happy we did. I wonder if we'll see him with the MN Wolves before the end of the season. He's a really pleasant surprise given what we've seen from Patton so far in the G-League.

I doubt it, only if injuries hit. My question is for the people who have watched him a lot more than me, could he be a Taj like player. Is he capable to switch on to wing players. I like that we are rewarding good play down in the G league and I like that we have a G league team finally.

Taj is a fair comp of the type of player we might be getting Amile is a switch guy. He was a McDonalds all American in HS and was actually considered a possible wing at that time. You have all kinds of decent energy bigs out there that do stuff well enough to see the floor. Amile has been a role player for years that's what he does and who he is and a great teammmate. The G-league has shown the guy has more skills than he showed in college playing with a bunch of talent a Team Duke. I'm pretty excited that we signed him to a 2-way deal. Im guessing we were looking for another wing and Amile May have been hoping for a better deal. One big advantage of signing with the Wolves for the 2-way is even though you can't play in the playoffs (unless they swing you to an actual NBA contract) you get your NBA portion during the playoffs which is a nice chunk of change especially if your team makes a deep run. The Wolves seem somewhat likely to at least play 2 playoff series. I won't be surprised if later in the season Brown or Jefferson are up and the Wolves get them a bit of run here and there even if it's garbage time.

Neither Brown nor Jefferson -- or Patton -- are going to play for the Wolves this season. I'm quite confident about that. Kudos to Minnesota's management for not wasting their second spot and using it on Jefferson because he truly deserved it, but it means very little in the grand scheme of things.

Chris Paul is a bitch, plain and simple. Can't stand his self righteous attitude. And Dantoni is a perfect fit for him. I officially hate the rockets the most in the NBA now. Griffin got tossed because the Rockets couldn't contain him, glad the Clips won.

*ducks*

I'm still a huge Chris Paul fan, and have been for over a decade. I even believe he was robbed of an MVP award that went to Kobe even though that of course is an unpopular opinion.

But I think all the drama surrounding the Rockets and Clippers is absolutely stupid. Going to the opposing team's locker room looking to stir up a conflict isn't solving anything, especially when nobody has any intention of actually fighting.

1. This is only more fuel to the fire that the Rockets don't have the mental fortitude (from its stars) to make a legit run. That's beyond petty and stupid.

2. Give it up for the Clippers. They keep winning, regardless of who's injured. Over .500 now... Griffin. Beverley. Galinari. Telodosic. And last night it was DeAndre Jordan. That team was left for dead... just about three weeks ago. Lou Williams has been nothing short of amazing for that squad.

Lou Williams has always been a pretty decent scorer, but hard for me to think of anyone that turned it on like this at the age of 30 and is now having his second career year in a row.

Steve Nash.

But to be fair, the new handcheck rules had something to do with it.
