This one was pegged for a loss for me after we beat them the 2nd time. Nice to have Teague back, and Wiggins 3pt % is creeping up to league average. Hope it goes higher. His TS would be a career high if he could hit his Fing free throws this year. Anyway, hope we get a few games of a completely healthy squad again. Would be nice to get another run going.

I agree, Doper.

Would have liked to see Tyus get more burn since he was playing so well.

According to Jim Peterson, OKC made their biggest surge when Towns was out of the game getting tested and stitched. George scoring 37 points and getting horribly outrebounded seem to be the keys to the loss. Thibs in his post game said it wasn't size that hurt us. He said it was the Thunder being quicker to the ball. There was that terrible turnover with about 3 minutes left when Teague over-dribbled and then eventually stepped out of bounds taking a desperation shot as the shot clock expired. Wiggins missed three free throws. But we still only lost by 4 points, so it's not too bad.

I'm not too concerned about this loss. OKC is a very talented team and I think Q is right that they've just fallen on the wrong side of chance up until now. They're definitely better than their record. I still come back to losing at home to the Wizards without John Wall and before that losing at home to the Heat. Those are the losses that bug me. Losing by 4 to OKC in their building is something I won't lose sleep over.

Imo that possession wasn't on Teague. Clear the freaking hell out I'm telling you Roberson cannot guard Teague off the dribble.

Also the on the road the Wizards easily beat a really good Detroit game last night without Wall.

Personally I thought this game was worth watching. The Wolves could have easily folded in this game and they did not.

Wiggins keeps stringing together more all around games. I don't know how he was credited with only one block if he didn't block more shots he certainly altered more.

I'll watch the game. I too was impressed that we came back and almost won the game. As I mentioned, I'm not alarmed by a loss like this one.

Yes, the Wizards beat the Pistons, but still no excuse for the loss to them in our building. I actually don't think the Pistons are as good as their record. I see them declining as the season goes forward.

I watched that possession again and I still put that on Teague, although you could easily attribute it to the typical Thibs motionless offense. Teague was clearly indecisive on that possession, which has been all-to frequent with him so far this season. I'm still cutting him slack as part of his adjustment to a new team. But he clearly overdribbles quite a bit and I saw that one possession as another example. However, it looks like he had good stats overall last night.

One interesting thing is that, in spite of that possession, falling behind by 21 points and being horribly outrebounded, the Wolves would have probably won the game if Wiggins had hit the 3 free throws he missed or if KAT hadn't missed time getting stitched up.

I think this game illustrates some issues with the coaching. Simply, it is tough when you play 8-12 minutes. With enough minutes, Tyus and G play better. In addition, Thibs has done nothing to limit Teague's over dribbling.

On another note, I think Wiggins is playing better than some give him credit for... but he does need to improve his FT's.
