OT - E-mail Notifications

Anybody know how to turn off the e-mail notifications on this site. I'm getting notified on threads I don't even start.

I think something got screwed up in the recent update, I'm getting the bell notification in the lower right for every new post even if it doesn't quote me or I've not even posted in the thread.

I guess I could answer your question too.... click account next to your avatar, then on that page click notifications, then uncheck email notification.
