Wolves vs Bucks GDT: 8 seed vs 8 seed

The Wolves need to keep winning to try and do what the Bucks did last night, which is move into the 8 seed in their respective conference. They have now won 5 in a row compared to our 8 out of 11 and both teams are doing it with defense.

I think Ricky Rubio is the key tonight, Wiggins and Antebuidblhdo will go at it and Towns will be battling Greg Monroe and John Henson inside but there is a prime opportunity for Rubio to dominate his matchup once again over this stretch.

I'm not sure which player is the key, but the way we've been playing defense, it seems like our offense is the key. If I were to single one guy out it would be Wiggins. While he's been grinding out points these last few games, it's been tough sledding. He needs to strap on those green shoes and start knocking down some jumpers.

I think Giannis and Wig will neutralize each other tonight and KAT will be the driving force in our victory. If he can just come out and dominate, I see no reason why we can't win this game.

This is gonna be a tough one, the Bucks are playing very well. Wiggins has risen to the occasion this season on the 2nd game of back to backs, it would be nice to see him go for 30+. Towns may have a hangover from his brutal second half last night, hopefully not. Rubio has come out flat at times the night after he expends a lot of energy, this could be a game for Dunn and Tyus to step up.

The X-factor tonight might be whether or not the Wolves can find some 3-point shooting. Rush, Belly, Bazz etc. need to hit a few open ones. We have been winning without making 3's but tonight could be one of those nights we need some other guys to come to the party and heat up from outside.

And finally, the wildcard factor: LANCE. He didn't play last night. Might be time to let the dog out.

How does Bazz go from shooting 50% over about a 10 or 15 game stretch to something like less than 10% over a similar stretch? I know guys go hot and cold but this is ridiculous. We really need some of these 3's to start falling. Our defense isn't THAT good.
