Unbelievable that this is a news item. I'd think Glen should have been cutting checks (and big checks) within a week of this happening. The awkwardness is that Glen should have (and probably did) offer to cover all medical bills, but the pain and suffering and other non-compensatory damages might require action by Karl Sr or his attorney. There is no reason for Glen to be stingy. It has no precedential value. I would expect it would be a confidential settlement. Glenn better not sh*t the bed and p*ss off Karl Sr. We got to keep the Franchise and his family as happy as can be given the situation.
