Oh wow! Great acquisition by the Pistons. I would have LOVED to somehow land Bradley. I could easily see him making the All-Star team in the East. Great defender, very good 3 point shooter, flexible positionally. Would have been a great Thibs player. Problem is he's up for the extension next year and we are definitely not going to have the cap space for that!

I'm not sure the Celtics are appreciably better having Hayward and losing Olynyk and Bradley.

Do not like this move for the Celtics.

Feels like an offseason of missed opportunities for Ainge. While I think they are overall a better team with Hayward... they had so many assets that I expected more.

And to give up one of those valuable assets for basically nothing... never good.

Would you trade G and the OKC pick for Crowder and Morris? Would Boston do that deal? We'd get 2 wings and small ball versatility with the good Morris twin and they'll get a replacement for Olynyk in the frontcourt who can rebound better which is a weakness on their team. That would open room for Tatum and Brown to play a lot of minutes. I think it's borderline, but they probably don't do it at the end of the day.

They even consider. Gorgui us arguably the worst player in the deal and has the worst contact.

I understand the fit issue but there would be better deals out there

I doubt they would want to move both of those vet small ball PFs considering they are in the east and have to try and beat Lebron. 1? Yeah but not both.

That's the problem with Crowder and Morris making so little. They would have to do both to get a 10+ million player back. It's likely not Dieng, but they really don't have great contracts for salary matching purposes now that Bradley is gone.
