Bogdanovic! Guys, what do you think? Washington almost surely won't match with their salary cap strapped. I posted links and made arguments in his favor above. Check 'em out.

I don't think we can create the cap space to make Bogdanovic an offer...
Chris Miller: League source tells me Bojan Bogdanovic is looking for a 3-4 year deal worth about 16 million per year. #DCFamily 10 hours ago - via Twitter cmillscsn

I 2nd the idea of V Carter. He is old but the advanced stats say he is a better player than all the other cheap players that are tossed about in this thread. Yeah, he is not getting better but what are the chances of most the names in here actually getting better?
He is a wing player not needing (or can handle) lots of min - perfect coming off the bench subing in for Wig/Butler.

I hope he's okay with sitting at home on his couch next year then. Nobody will pay him that.

The Suns let go of Barbosa we should be looking at him for sure.

I'd like to think we could sign Afflalo for the $4.3 million room exception. We should be able to sign Dunleavy to a vet minimum contract. I'd like to sign Rush and Babbit to vet minimum deals, but not sure we could get them for that. Vince Carter would be a nice get for the vet minimum. Not sure about Barbosa. He's still Brazilian, but is he still a blur? :)
I'd still prefer to avoid trading Aldrich for more cap space if it would mean giving up our OKC 2018 1st round pick. But it all depends on who we could sign with that extra cap room. I don't see any of the remaining FA wings worth giving up the pick. Maybe Afflalo or CJ Miles, but neither option excites me.
Someone mentioned the possibility of dealing Cole and the OKC pick to the Clippers for Patrick Beverley or Lou Williams. I'd love it, but I don't see either as a realistic alternative.
The guy I'd like to sign is Bullock, assuming he's still available. But I don't think the room exception will be enough to get him.

I think Babbit played well enough as a stretch PF that he will get more than the vet min.
Barbosa can play...at least well enough to be worth the min. :)
Remember Bullock got a 5 game or whatever suspension for pot so...his price may be lower and you would have to say whether or not that's an issue that makes you want him or not. I read someone say that the guys that got that suspension failed multiple drug tests. For the vet min unless things are bad...I would say he would probably be worth the risk. I wouldn't be shocked if a G-league undrafted player could take his spot though although i think he can play when healthy.
Re: Which shooters do we target in free agency?
Here's a list of still available FA wings and PGs to consider for our room exception (RE) or the vet minimum and perhaps for up to around $10 million if trade Aldrich and our pick to free up more cap space. I've identified what it would realistically take to sign them. For most I listed both the vet min and RE, but in most of those instances it would probably take the RE. In some cases, I only listed vet min because I wouldn't consider using the RE on them:
Thabo Sefolosha -- Vet Min or RE
Gerald Green - Vet Min or RE
James Young (Boston) - Vet Min or RE
Anthony Morrow (Bulls) - Vet Min or RE
Aaron Brooks (Indiana) - Vet Min or RE
CJ Miles (Indiana) - RE or trade Aldrich and pick)
Tony Allen (Memphis) - Vet Min
Vince Carter (Memphis) - Vet Min
Luke Babbit (Miami) - Vet Min or RE
Darren Collision (Kings) - RE or trade Aldrich and pick
Tyreke Evans (Kings) - RE or trade Aldrich and pick
Ty Lawson (Kings) - Vet Min
Trey Burke (Wizards) - Vet Min or RE
Brandon Jennings (Wizards) - Vet Min or RE
Derrick Rose (Bulls) Vet Min or RE
Possible trade targets in exchange for Aldrich and our pick would be the following:
1. Orlando's Terrance Ross. I think Orlando should be in full rebuild mode, so another draft pick and the more cap friendly contract of Aldrich might be enticing. His contract is $10 million, so trading Aldrich might work under the salary cap.
2. Knicks Courney Lee. Knicks are looking for youth and draft picks. But Lee's $11.2 million salary might not work under the cap.
