Great....some Western Conference team will have some ingenious plan and the assets to go pluck one of these guys from the Celtics. And it won't be us. Just watch.

You have no faith whatsoever? We always make these shrewd moves!

Well, unless it's Indiana/Oklahoma deciding to take Cole Adrich in a sign and trade for Teague/Gibson...

Hahaha, that would create another real competitor for those 4-8 slots. Rubio/Hood/Crowde/Favors/Gobert, Jesus. How fitting would it be for Rubio to lead them to the playoffs while we wind up at 9 or 10 due to a lack of a bench!?!

I would honestly laugh a lot. It would be typical MN luck, buuuuut lets hope that doesn't happen. I mean I hope he gets in the playoffs, but not at the expense of the Wolves.
Re: Hayward to the Celtics
While it makes Utah a tougher WC team it makes sense for the Celtics to maybe help out the team you signed the FA away from especially when they aren't in your conference. :) It's a pretty good landing spot for Crowder also. There used to always be these types of deals where the team that lost their guy got some random picks and players. The best case was when the Pistons ended up with the best player in the trade getting Ben Wallace in the package for Grant hill.

I don't see how that starting 5 makes the playoffs. Who's gonna score? They have 0 guys who can carry an offense by scoring the ball. Quinn Snyder is coach of the year if that team makes the playoffs. They have 1 star and he's a one way defensive stud. I think they are comfortably out of the playoffs.
