Toronto's a well-run franchise. Kudos to them.

This might be the best thing that happened to him since getting drafted. Get out from under the expectations of a #1 pick and go start from ground zero somewhere. The kid has the talent and physical attributes to be a good player.

He's also a classic case of "can't do one thing very well", so it's hard for him to even carve out a niche in a rotation that gives him a starting point to work up from.

Not surprising since he never remotely resembled an NBA player. He's lucky he got the money he did. He'll probably end up playing overseas where he can dominate physically. I don't see him back in the NBA ever.

Q Toronto was his ground zero stop. Now it's time for another one. Of course who knows they could bring him back next year if they want to. Let's be honest though Being dumped for JT isn't exactly a slight. That's a legit rotation player (at least he has been for bad teams) so it was a no brainer for the Raps. If you meant ground zero as in him going to a lower level of basketball...yeah I think that might be a good idea. At some point you can't just sit around and not play especially as poorly as he has shown out on the court so far in his career. Overall I think your assessment of Bennett is pretty much spot on and has been for quite a while.

So...I guess we could get Bennett back right??? Lol

I hope AB figures it out. Seems to have talent and be a good kid. Lots of setbacks in his journey. I wonder if a team like the 76ers or Nets give him a look. For you people with short memories Thad Young and AB formed one of the most dominant PF tandems in Wolves history during the month of October in the year 2014.
