Oh, it's the "he works guys too hard", right? We have a stable full of very young athletes. We have all wanted/wished for a shorter bench and more minutes for the studs. Man, he seems the absolute perfect candidate for a young team that struggles defensively. This team has a lot of potential on that end given the athletes, but they don't play well individually or as a team. He certainly is my pick moving forward.
Remember, coaches can be replaced down the line if needed. For right now, Thibs seems like he would offer the exact types of training for these young players that they need to improve all over the court. And hopefully, he would be the long-term answer. Sure seems to fit the bill to me.
