Dwyane Wade
Looks like miami is looking to screw wade over. Just wondering if would be any interest in signing him? Think he still has a year or two left on the tires. Also its something a bit different to discuss.
Also on rubio trade talks do u guys think the lakers would go for a rubio for russell swap? maybe toss in shabazz if have too.

Re: Dwyane Wade
I don't think Wade would even consider a team that isn't an instant championship contender at this point in his career. I believe like you that there may be a couple years worth of tread left on them tires, but I think the Wolves would have to pay for double that number to even get in play, so no, I wouldn't want him.... unless I'm completely wrong about the above.
I doubt the Lakers do that trade, but I would give it serious consideration if they would.

OK, so MIA either doesn't want him back, or want him back for less than what he wants. "SCREW OVER"!?!?!?! Have Joe Nameth show you his knee sometime, or ask Derek Boogard's family about those silly little NHL fights, or some college kid who lost his scholarship because he tore his ACL.
As far as Russell, I would be in favor of trading for him. I'm sure the Wolves new personnel group discussed and decided no, or the Lakers are asking for too much.

I would offer Dunn first and then Rubio, but think they need to give us something. Doesn't look like it will happen. Russell >> Dunn

Lol, the Knicks are gonna be starting Rose/Wade/Melo/Porzingas/Dwight next year aren't they?

I thought the same thing. Big names, middle of the pack team.

An interesting tidbit for you jason, wade has never been the most paid guy on miamis roster. He took less many years to help miami out. Now at this stage they want to throw him aside like trash for whiteside. He has been very loyal to miami. I think miami owes that to him, and i rarely say that.

I don't see Thibs going for a point guard who doesn't play defense like Russell. Plus Rubio is an established top ten point guard and Russell is all hype and hope at this point, plus unwanted baggage.

And PTI is contractually obligated to mention the Lakers every day and say Durant should talk with them. BSPN makes me barf, so glad I don't have them (watched it at the gym, didn't work out, just sat on bike)

Rubio's an established top 10 PG?
Sorry. Probably shouldn't derail the thread like that...
