FIRE THE COACHES

Post by mjs34 »

I didn't just say Sam because this goes a lot deeper. This jump-shooting offense has been a staple since Flip took the reins back in the 90's. It's time to cut bait and fire the whole group. When a team continually comes out and starts the game with ten to fifteen long jump shots, making only a couple, they are digging themselves a hole that a young team just can't climb out of.

At some point the coaching staff has to force these players to limit those shots. Unfortunately, that is what our offense is set up for, and we will continue to lose if we dont' make a change. We all know the definition of insanity.

I would be curious if Milt has the power to do something. For Taylor I think he might lose his patience if he continues to see an empty arena. It then becomes a business decision to make changes.

Ok so they fire everybody some time in the next week. Who are they hiring?

Note: I am not for keeping the current staff I just don't want a coaching merry go round going nowhere. Ugh

Kaplan could probably scrounge up a group of coaches. At least it would be a clean slate.
