Lance Stephenson 10 day contract

Well that's interesting. I'm not sure the Wolves could have found a more talented wing to sign. The problem is he is a bit nuts and is a high usage guy. He is still just 26. I've always been a fan of his talent. Thibs has gotten something out of some other sort of reclaimation projects before. I'm. It really optimistic it's going to work out to be much but probably worth a shot with a 10 day contract or 2.

Well, he comes with a lengthy list of flaws... but sure. Why not?

If he's a problem, he's gone. Meanwhile, there's a chance he brings intensity and toughness.

Maybe, he'll piss off Wiggins enough to get him to play with some intensity.

When I think of adding smart, tough players to the squad, this isn't the guy I had in mind. This smells like a desperate move to me, but we're a perpetually desperate franchise, so there you go.

I am NOT a Stephenson fan. But I'm cool with it.

Even if after 10 days, all that happens is he has a legendary meltdown calling people "pussies" up and down the organization. I'll take anything (ANYTHING) to shake the doldrums out of this organization.

Last night, Peterson said something that stuck with me early on in the broadcast. He was talking about players being "hungry." It's easier to be hungry when you have something to lose.

Dion Waiters. James Johnson. Luke Babbitt. Willie Reed. All those guys are playing for their next contract right now. All have been around pro hoops for several years and have "failed" elsewhere. They know this is their chance to make money. NOW. And it's showing.

Meanwhile, can you guess which Wolves player(s) is around that same age as the Heat guys and is playing for the next contract? Watch them play...

Highlight real of Lance from last year.

As others have said Lance brings some toughness and some edge. IF he stuck around this season it would make sense having him play with the bench kinda like Lavine was doing. The guy actually has skill and can pass the ball as well. Let's be honest with lavine out they don't really have anyone on the bench that's a SG. Lance can play a bunch of positions. I'm hoping he comes hungry plays his butt off and shows something not only as a player but like others have said to some of the other players on the roster.
