Everyone believes in mentoring now! It's a good and honorable thing!

Not a bad 180 after the belief that the Wolves would/should/need to trade him.

I think Kris Dunn will bring out the best of Ricky Rubio. Competitions healthy.

While I am of the belief that he may be most valuable in a trade currently, I did mention in another thread that I thought maybe he should be kept for now considering Dunns potenting at sg.

I know this is a bit of a joke but the reality is Rubio better be a mentor/leader. Why?

1. He is a PG and the starting PG.
2. He is a vet. As of right now there are only 5 other players on the roster that have more experience than he does.
3. Dude has been playing pro ball for over 10 years and been a part of some winning during that time plus played for team Spain. He has to have some knowledge to share with some young guys about basketball and life.

I'll add this Rubio highlight mix from last season that I watched tonight. He really good at mentoring guys into easy buckets. :) I know the guy is flawed but this is a pretty fun little video.

Nice highlight package. He's just plain fun to watch, even though he doesn't spice things up quite as much as he did back in "the day". The best highlight package of all is from his early days at Joventut and the National team.

As long as someone else is mentoring Dunn with his summer workout it should be great.
