I hate being too critical of Lebron the player. He is truly a great player no matter where you rank him he is clearly one of the best players ever to play the game.

I no Lebron fan at all, but I do wonder what being on a team that plays in the finals every year for the past 6 years is doing to his energy levels. Six years straight of playing into June, at some point doesn't exhaustion have to begin building up?

That's certainly a point worth adding. There also has to be some mental fatigue too.

Five of us had the Warriors in 5. I was one of them, I believe LST also. Who else?

I think Lebron's only fault in my eyes is he's too big of a personality for his coaches. He wants to play basketball his way and a real system like the Spurs or the Warriors doesn't fly with him. Blatt tried to insert the Princeton offense there and it failed immediately because Lebron didn't buy in. I think he needs to be in a real system that manages the offense a majority of the game and he can pick his spots to take over, but it will never happen because that's not how he likes to play basketball. The reason the Warriors can survive bad Steph and Klay games is their system has kept the whole team engaged, ready and productive all year so it's easy for guys to step up when they need to.

Kahn -- I think LeBron's biggest fault is his failure to develop a reliable perimeter jumper. As Jordan got into his 30s and lost a little bit of his incredible speed/explosiveness, he developed a great highly reliable fade-away jumper. LeBron has also failed to develop that instinct to take over a game as a scorer. He's passed up a lot of scoring opportunities for buckets in this this series, especially last night. Instead he chooses to pass the ball -- often I'll-advised passes as reflected in his 7 turnovers last night. Substitute Jordan at age 31 for LeBron last night and I think Cleveland wins. Jordan would have scored 40 with 3 steals and only 1 or 2 turnovers.

Yep, which makes me think his decline will be rapid. He's been piggy backing off his athleticism for a while now.

I agree with Lip what he doesn't have right now is confidence in that jump shot it's kinda weird because a couple years ago he seemed like he had grown a lot in that area and was pretty efficient from seemingly everywhere. He is a very different player than the scorer MJ (or Kobe) was I grow tired of that comparison and like appreciating Lebron for what he is which is one of the best all around players I have ever seen.

Lebron is very smart and very skilled plus he has a really strong body. He has plenty of good basketball left.

Has anyone else gotten a kick out of jokes about Steph's latest shoes? For me looking at them explains a few things. I lived in NC for about a year over 10 years ago and I had bought locally this all white pair of bland Converse shoes I played ball in at the School Inwprked at. They were stolen sometime around Christmas break. I never really thought too much about them but now after looking at pics of Steph's "Chef" shoe I'm pretty sure I know who took them. Steph man I forgave you long long ago but...if you want to send me a pair of shoes...well you already know my size.
