Pre-season observations...non-Wolves related

Pre-season games have started, and hopeless junkies like myself are looking at box scores. Here's what I saw:

1) We're focused on the Lakers since we open there, and they laid an egg in their opener...only scoring 71 points. Randle looked like a bust to me in Vegas, and he continues to struggle...2 for 10 from the field. Russell was only 2 for 8. Kobe didn't play much. Could be a long season for the Lakers.

2) AB was a DNP for the Raptors.

3) Wes Johnson started at SF for the Clippers!

4) Justice Winslow was 2 for 9 for Miami.

5) Anthony Davis is going to be fun to watch this year...18 and 8 in 16 minutes.

6) Nice to have Paul George back...18 points in 24 minutes. Nice to see GR3 have a good game for the Pacers also.

Great to have basketball back!
