That's the first time I've really enjoyed watching the skills competition. Great to see KAT take the trophy!!

I was surprised by the pundit panel's ignorance of KAT's skills as they uniformly predicted he'd lose t Green in the first round and to each of his next 2 opponents. Those guys are paid to watch and know the NBA. And they're supposed to be experts.

A great in your face to the TNT crew! Way to go KAT!

Cam, I'm confident it was hours of demonstration by KG, with KAT intently listening and learning, then practicing on his own; then going back to KG for observation and more advanced breathing techniques - but only when he was ready; then practicing on his own again, and so forth.
