Wow, what a bad break for Dejean-Jones. He got shot doing what most of us have done hundreds of times...kicking the wrong door down while trying to visit our 1-year-old daughter at 3AM on her birthday. Seems kind of late for a toddler's birthday party, but maybe that's just me.

Yeah, I know...it's a tragedy and sad for Bazz to lose a friend. But come on...how wasted do you have to be to kick in the wrong door at 3AM? Sheesh...

It's a sad situation. If that is what played out I feel bad for the person who shot him. That kind of stuff can be pretty traumatic. Maybe it hits a little harder because I watched a TV show last night with a similar situation played out with an even more unfortunate end.
