Bleed I think its fun when we take strong stands on guys like you have on Smart. My issue on him is his shooting. Its rare but not impossible for a perimeter player to be able to be successful without becoming a legit shooter especially from the 3 point line. Now canor will he improve there? That's a big question and its very possible but we just don't know.

Thad Young is 25 and has shown enough ability that I highly doubt he is gonna just get dumped in a trade whether he wants outt or not. Is he a big asset? No probably not but I would want to have him around with the you team the Sixers are putting together.

So here is my post where I say the guys I like in the range I'd like to pick them or maybe another team pick them if. I don't think they fit the roster. These are generally guys I've seen play or done a lot of reading on. I seen everyone or read much about everyone particurally the top 3 guys so this is about guys I know. I'm going to go from highest pick spot to lowest

J. Randle #4 and down. Comparisons to Zach Randolph I agree with but he doesn't have the natural post ability I remember Zach having but Randle looks more athletic maybe longer and has a better jumper and looks to have passing ability as well.

Stauskus #????? Really conflicted about him. I like the shooting and he does have playmaking ability but I also feel like there is something missing. 2 games I saw last year he was less than impressive. #10 and beyound but he maybe should go higher IDK. Like I said very conflicted.

To be continued...

Aaron Gordon #10 or below. This is one guy I haven't seen play but I put him on the list because of his youth and defensive ability which by everything I read is significant. He is still pretty young and the physical development of guys in the teens can be pretty significant and he is a pretty good physical package already to build off.

Kyle Anderson #20ish and down What position can he play and can he defend anyone? The thing is he can do a lot for you his rebounding is pretty good for whatever he is and he has almost a 9' standing reach which is great for a PF. I'll comment on fit here because if the Wolves do keep Love and Anderson plays SF (idk about that) you have a frontline of guys who know how to play but on the defensive end are a very poor combination. If he is next to Pek as a PF its the same problem.

Jordan Adams #mid 20's I think this is a guy that's sort of an old young vet type college guy. He seems to be a guy that can play but isn't the athlete people want and his ball handling isn't great. I've seen him play a few times and he always shows up. I think he might get picked too high based on the mock drafts I have seen but he might end up being a very solid player for whoever gets him

Mitch McGary #28 tons of risk I like the reward. The lower he goes the better as a risk reward. For the teams picking in this range he could be a steal or be out of the league when his contract runs out. He seems like a good kid so hopefully. He puts some of his risk behind him.

C. Early #30 I'm convinced the guy can play on offense but can he defend? IDK I'd love to have him on a team and find out. He looks like he is going in the 2nd round and that's a bargain. imo

Glenn Robinson III #30 Honestly I like him maybe even higher than this but he measured out with a little less length than I expexted. He is young seems like he may have a good ceiling as a role player because thats the way he plays. Teams getting him in the 2nd round should be happy to get a young guy like this.

Russ Smith #40 and below The guy has done it on a high level improved again after winning a championship and loves to mix it up on the defensive end. He is older but what if he can be a Patty Mills type player for your team? That's pretty good in the 2nd round. Shoot that would be fine for a late 1st round pick. I'll be cheering for this guy whereever he goes.

UFA Ok so both these guys are Homer picks but DeAndre Kane and Ejim from Iowa State are guys I think have some interesting skills that may make them worthwhile NBA players. Kane I think is more interesting to me because of his size and if Hoiberg actually fixed his outside shot he could be a nice combo guard. He plays big and has for years in college rebounding the heck out of the ball for a guard much less a big PG.

Smart is A LOT like DWade in my opinion. If he somehow gets to the Wolves hopefully he has a better work ethic than Wade

Do you guys think wiggins can be a sg in the nba? He has natural sf built but a lot of draftsites have listed him as sg and he did play sg a bit for kansas. He has the athletic ability and quickness for the position no doubt but lacks the handle. Tmac was a big sg at wiggins size and paul george started as sg in his first few seasons and could still play there.

He is my target if we can get the 1st pick from cleveland.

It would be nice to get that #1 and take wiggins, but I just don't see us getting into that top 3. I'd be fine leaving with one of these guys in the top 4-7 range ... Smart, Vonleh, Exum , Gordon ... in that order.

What's every ones thoughts on Adreian Payne? Looks like the Wolves were pretty impressed with his work out. Could be a nice insurance chip if Love doesn't resign or gets traded. Certainly a more appealing back up PF than Cunningham.

Athletic, stretch four who would be a good fit next to Pek and with Rubio running the show. Has legit size at 6' 10" 240lbs.

Might be able to trade down to get him too. Maybe 13th and 40th to CHI for their 16th and 19th and pick up a back up PG at 19 like Napier or Payton.

What are people's thoughts on Gordon? I think he's a SF defensively but a PF offensively. Would love to see him playing with Rubio. Also think he'd fit well with Love but the only way we get him is if we deal Love. I think he's got a little Blake Griffin in him but an elite defender. If he can improve his offensive game he could be a top forward in the league

I think Gordon has huge upside and would only be maximized by playing with Rubio. If by some miracle he dropped and we could get him with our pick I would jump on it. I think he could defend multiple positions and moves really well on the court so would be a matchup problem on the offensive end. Him and Shabazz could have spacing problems on the floor together but I believe him and Dieng would make or front court D miles better.

I'm not sold on Gordon. That 42% from the FT line worries me. I think playing with Rubio would really help him. I have flip flopped a lot on my PFs in this draft. Here is my top five today.

1. Parker
2. Vonlesh
3. Saric
4. Gordon
5, Randle (short arms are a big concern)

I had Randle on the top of my list last week. I don't see him as a Zach Randolph type player. Zach was much more talented.

Payne, Clint, and Stokes are interesting group. I would go with the following order:
1. Stokes - young and productive
2. Clint - young, explosive, long
3. Payne - 3 years older and doesn't rebound well or block shots
