The Lynx are already practicing there, and the Wolves are working out their incoming rookies/FAs there.

Say what you want about Flip (and some of it is deserved), but this project was spearheaded by him and identified as a major problem on Day 1 when he took over POBO, and this is a major tool for the athletes going forward. The old practice facility (located under the Target Center and basically shared with that LifeTime fitness) was so mediocre. This will provide 24/7 access to everything a player needs to increase his athleticism and game, important factors for such a young (and hopefully) promising team.
