Trade up far enough to nab Stein? Seems he would be a great guy along with Kg to sub in and out of the C and Pf position wether they decide on Towns or Okafor.

They could trade down with the #1, then trade back up with what they get in return.
No, no they cannot without giving up way to much.

We'd need a lot of help to make it happen, mainly Cauley-Stein falling a little bit. Charlotte at 9 could be a good partner, though.

Yep, we'd need WCS to fall and a lucky trade partner.
Unfortunately, I think there will be a team that likes his defensive ability so much that it'll be unlikely he drops to a point where we could grab him.

I read Boston will try and move up for him. They have 16th and 28th picks

Wonder what else they'd be willing to part with to move up high enough?

Would you do 9 and Stephenson for kmart, euro guy, Bennett and our two seconds

I probably wouldn't do it just for the sake of Lance's contract.

In a heartbeat for me... I like Kevin Martin but Stephenson could end up returning to form and only has 2 years left on his bloated contract if he doesn't so really we're shedding salary there. But mostly, I'd be doing it for the #9 pick, because I think there's still some very intriguing players that will be there at 9.
