I think we all need to slow down, though it's tempting to assume the Hummel-Brewer performance vs. Cleveland will become the norm. I would love if Hummel could develop into the 1st option off the bench for Martin and Brewer. Then I think about the really good SG's and SF's around the league. I'll need to see Hummel's defense against something better than Alonzo Gee before I'm ready to sign off. Otherwise, I'd expect us to deal, once Bud is back, with some young players going for a veteran to help on the wing, especially on defense vs. really good wings.
At this point Shved isnt better at anything, he gets crushed fighting thru screens and his shot is more broken than Rubios at this point. He hasnt played one minute of basketball this season that justifies him being on the court. Talk about his success early last year all you want , but since the all star break last year he hasnt been worthy of the D League. Someone tell me how playiing the rookies valuable minutes would be more of a negative than what hes giving us right now.
