As good as love is playing, he should have 4 more points on two easy chip shots/dunk...however, he got blocked and caused an offensive foul...hope those points don't come back and bite us.

Our bigs can't get up and dunk it. Length bothers them. They hear footsteps and panic.

Rubio is playing great.

I love the amount of rest our starters got in the 4th.

This was a good win. Detroit had won 4 out of its last 5, including a win at Miami. I thought their front line would give us a lot more problems than they did. Now we need to take care of business at home tomorrow night.

I'm not a big fan of the Pistons, but you're right, Q...they have been winning a lot recently. I just finished watching the League Pass replay, and all I can say is "Wow"! Almost a perfect game for the Wolves. Excellent ball movement, great penetration and passing by all of our point guards (18 assists from Rubio, JJ and Shved), a 46-39 rebounding edge over a very good rebounding team, and 11 threes on 46% shooting. Put that all together, and you get a 27 point blowout on the road.
It was really fun watching Jennings and Rubio going at it tonight. It's apparent that they don't like each other very much, probably because of Jennings' negative comments about Ricky before the draft, and you can tell they really want to beat each other. Both had good stats, but Jennings was trying too hard and ended up with 6 turnovers to Ricky's none. I think we saw the kind of player Ricky can be tonight, and hopefully he can bring it tomorrow night too.
Kevin Martin continues to be efficient on offense and surprisingly active on defense. When you can draw fouls and hit threes like he can, you have the potential to score efficiently every night, and tonight he had 18 points on just 9 shots! I also like his instincts in jumping into passing lanes, and he had 4 assists for the second consecutive game...pretty good for a guy not known for his D.
The Detroit announcers (the very capable George Blaha and Greg Kelser) were effusive in their praise for the Wolves, and said they could beat anyone playing like they did tonight. They saved most of their praise for Kevin Love, and he deserved it tonight with his 26-16-7 line. This club is totally different when Kevin is on the court.
A great bounce back win for the Wolves...really looked like a playoff team tonight!

Watching the game. Cunningham and Luc Richard Mbah a Moute really suck, Makes me miss Ryan Gomes and Craig Smith.
I think Flip and Rick should have been on the same page wtih DWill in giving him backup PF minutes until mid December and trading him if not making an impact. I wish we would have just traded Cunningham so he wouldn't have been an option to play.
