IDK if it's a big deal either. I think we'll be fine. I don't think the play calling was spectacular or anything that couldn't be duplicated.

I think it's probably more of a big deal (than his play calling) if he was a guy that helped either selecting talent or developing it...or both. Fleck's program at 2 schools certainly has had some success finding some real offensive talent. It seems like from what I read it was a matter of time before he was going to leave. Hard to complain if he is basically going to his home state etc and probably making plenty of money to do so. IF he has success there...it's not a bad launching pad to a head coaching job. Clearly the guy was well thought of so it's probably a loss. Can he be replaced? Probably but it's not certain that's for sure.
