I think we will kick ourselves for not taking Karasev with the 15th pick.
He scored 25 points on 9 of 16 shooting for Russia aganist Turkey yesterday. Looks like Shved and him have some good chemistry with Alexey contributing with 9 assists and 8 points. He seems to be able to hold his own on defense as well, and his shooting is top notch.
I can see him developing in to a Peja Stojakavic type player and we all know how well Peja played under Rick Adelman! Would of been nice seeing the Russian pair of Shved and Karasev coming in to replace Martin and Brewer late in the 1st quarter!
Great to see all the Wolves in international duties playing well. Hopefully it translates to this season with the Wolves.
