It's one game. The turnover alone is going to cause us to take extra time to build the right chemistry and find the right lineups. A lot of the top foreign teams don't have a lot of turnover because they have a large chunk of the country's best players that aren't in the NBA and they stay there. Don't be surprised if we get torched this year by teams with good chemistry because we just don't have the defensive players to get the job done. We will look down right bad against teams with solid systems and good chemistry. Our bench is going to have to play a large part in winning us games because our starters are going to be in a shootout every night because they can't play D.

The Russian Mafia had his family and threatened to kill them if Lexy didn't throw the game! He'll be fine now, at least until they play the Nets!

Wow, that is embarrassing. I think some of our worst fears were realized tonight - porous defense, still can't make 3's, unreliable FT shooting, etc. Oh well, too early to panic and it's only preseason, but it's pretty disappointing to see our healthy starting unit come out in front of the home crowd and get beat fair and square by what is a vastly inferior team on paper.

To early to be sure! Any idea how long CSKA has been playing this year so far? I'm guessing they have a few more games under their belt then do the Wolves who were also less interested in winning as seeing the various pieces perform.

Read somewhere that CSKA was like eight games into whatever season they play. I don't know if that's credible so don't hold me to it. DWill's box score looks impressive. I'm assuming that Shved's shot was way off tonight even though he made the tying FTs. Not what I wanted our guys to play like, but it's the first game. Close to no chemistry yet. Don't panic guys.

Please don't read ANYTHING into this game. It means absolutely nothing and maybe even less than that.

What's less than nothing?... Is there a negative negative value that I can take away from this game? Negative plus a negative equals a positive. NBA Finals!
