Good job guys.
Yeah, good stuff. Congrats. I wish you were wrong, though. Ugh. So many bad losses.
Yep, rage, lipoli and wildwolf looked like hopeless pessimists a month ago...now they look like basketball savants! I guess we also need to call out Phenom for his last place finish, and maelstrom, Camden and yours truly for finishing almost last. Jeez, I had so much optimism a month ago, but most of it disappeared in the aftermath of the team dissension after the Phoenix loss.
I thought about starting a new thread for February, but it was too depressing...with Pek out I see 5 wins at best.

Anybody want to fire up a thread?
Yay basketball savant.....I saw a .500 team but was really hoping I would be wrong. At this point I wouldn't mind some sort of shake up, this current group isn't going to make a run. Even if it appears to be a sideways move we might as well change it up and see if anything clicks.
Really wish I had been wrong. I predicted 6th place in the West before the season started. So I didn't start out as a pessimist. But it became clear to me about a month into the season that there is something fundamentally wrong with this team.
I'm still holding out a sliver of hope that something unexpected happens that sparks this team to a 7th or 8th Conference finish. But I'm not holding my breath. If our team's problems are fixable without blowing things up, the fix will have to happen in the off-season. I'm down, but I'm going to keep going to our home games and yelling until my voice gives out. And I'll keep hoping for a pleasant surprise because that's what Timberwolves fans do. :(.
