Cam, I don't understand your comment. Say what about anyone? Without trying to be snarky, you can only call someone 38 who is actually 38. The comment really doesn't apply to all the 25 year olds in the league.

I find myself wishing we had Derrick Williams to take Dante's place as a backup PF... :(

Wouldn't that be nice?

Ive loved the idea of miller on this team for a while. Who better than him for Ricky to learn from?

It makes alot of sense for the Wolves if they can get him and not lose Barea. Barea is better when hes never the primary ball handhandler.

Agree and we are seeing a lot more of the ball handling duties going to Shved lately. Pity it's taken Adelman so long to figure out! I'd be happy with a Miller, Barea backcourt as the second unit. They'd have to switch on defense of course, but offensively they'd be pretty effective!

Going by my previous trade lineup would look like:

Rubio / Miller / Price
Martin / Barea / Brewer
Brewer / Budinger / LMAM / Hummel
Love / Randolph / LMAM
Pekovic / Turiaf / Deng

I don't think we know how good/bad the 2nd unit is. All player's efficiency drops when jj's on the court. There is no movement.

The JJ predicament is self defining - the worse they play the more time JJ holds the ball which will make them play worse. Frankly, this tells me more about Adelman's view of his second team than JJ's.

Also - to say Corey Brewer's contract is bad for the team is ridiculous. He's a starting contributor making less than 5m/year, and if you offered his contract to the market you would get several buyers.

We don't know what we have with Bud's contract. And Kevin Martin's contract is great this year (he's not nearly the defensive liability that any of us thought he would be) and we'll see how good it is moving forward. Martin keeps himself in very good shape.
