The inability to close out close games, or the fact that some of those "close" games were never really close until the end. It takes alot of energy to build 20 pt leads. It seems all that energy is being expelled on the offensive end. How often have these big leads come by the way of a 1st quarter score of 28-15 for example. It seems its always 38-28 or 40-30. Scoring lots of points but still giving up lots ofpoints too.
I was always coached to focus the most energy on the defensive end while catching ur breathe on the otherside of the ball.
If the plan is to just outscore teams they need more than just 4 legitimate scorers and 1 deep threat.
