The Star had some interesting Ricky #s in those 9 losses
14-62 from the field (22.6 percent) avg 5.2 pts per.
Most noteably? In those 9 fourth quarters, hes scored a grand total of 3 pts. That includes some overtime aswell. Yikes!

The ubiquitous piling on thread:
Chris Paul has 35 points in 3 games vs. the Wolves in the 4th quarter and OT.
[Note: I acknowledge that was a cheap shot. I apologize.]

It'd be dumb to ignore the bench play in those losses as well as several other plays (Love miss tip, Martin fumble, Marion no-call, Love missed FTs, etc).
...But it's okay... It's all Ricky's fault according to Pork Chop.
...And Pekovic's fault according to sjm.
...And Brewer's fault according to Lip and others, though, this one is a much better point that I can accept at times.
...And Adelman's fault according to the doper.
When can we all agree that our bench has sucked dick and that's the universal problem in every game we've played this year except for two or three? I don't understand the thought process of some of you at times. Go ask the Blazers/Heat/Thunder/Spurs/Pacers to win a large amount of games with a god awful bench. They can't!
[I respect practically everyone's opinions on here, but was name-dropping in order to make my point. Wasn't doing so to start a war.]

I cant argue with the woes of the bench. But those #sare glaring.
All we can ask of the bench at this point is to not put the game so out of reach that the game cant be won. In those nine games it was close in the fourth . I expect the starters to win those games not the Hummels of the world.

Cam -- I've been praising Brewer most of the time. I certainly haven't blamed him for our losses.

Maybe you should be blaming him. IMO, he's had a worse season than Blonde Ricky. I believe that if Budinger had stayed healthy MIN would be in the 24-8 range.

My mistake. I do realize that you praise Corey for his heart and sometimes his play. Was more-so trying to make my point more than anything and I remembered you being critical than others so I used you. Lol I'll go replace it with Jason :D
Re: The Star had some interesting Ricky #s in those 9 losses
I think theres a wealth of blame to go around , but it seems Rickys getting a free pass becuz of the things he doea well. I see a guy that hasnt improved his game in any one area and has regressed in his shooting. I think he shares equal blame at the very least.

Lol. Yep, Cam , Jason's your guy on the Brewer hate meter. :)

All I know is that Budinger is a much better player than Arron Afflalo.
