I will say I like Luc's defense better than Brewers...

Is Love calling himself out after this game?......or is the bench having an off night worse that him missing 4 FTs in the last 27 seconds?

It doesn't matter that he missed the free throws if the bench could score a lousy 10 points. I'm not for public call outs, but they damn well have earned the hate.

There are probably some defenders who could have slowed down Durant just a little better than Brewer did in the 4th quarter tonight. But Durant is a truly great player who caught fire in the 4th. If not 48 points, he was going to get 40 points. I can't complaint about Brewer's play tonight. He gave everything he had on the court tonight. That's what I love about Brewer. He always gives you what you expect from him -- sometimes even more. Same with Ricky. They are what they are and you can always count on them to defend, force turnovers and play with great energy and heart. Ricky gives you the added bonus of being a virtuoso conductor of the offense. Love always gives us elite rebounding and usually provides efficient elite scoring. And lately Pekovic has been giving us the low-post scoring and solid rebounding that we expected from him at the beginning of this season.

The players I don't trust to deliver for us on a game by game basis are Kevin Martin and the other 8 active players on our roster. That is, Kevin Martin and our entire bench. That's disturbing. I'll take Corey any day giving us everything he has game after game.
