Continue The Streak(s)!
The Wolves are on a two game win streak in which they've blown out both opponents (WAS, MIL). I figure since we're on a little roll, I'll continue the pre-game posts in hopes that Minnesota keeps winning.
Big game tonight. We're at home, playing a team ahead of us in the West. Minnesota's beat Dallas both times they've played and tonight I expect the same to happen.
As usual, establish Pek inside. I know you all have heard me and likely others say that far too often, but it's the truth. As long as Pek gets going early, the offense flows so much better. He's also averaging 25+ PPG the last several games so why not continue to feed one of the hot hands?
K-Mart's had big games against the Mavs this season. In both games he had over 25 points and 10+ FTAs. I'd post specific stats, but I don't feel like it at this moment. Reason for his success has to be attributed to his matchup with Ellis, right? Size advantage and he's been living at the FT line. I think Martin has a good game tonight whether it's high points or something in the 15-20 range with good efficiency.
Love Vs Dirk. Always enjoy watching the best players go at it. Lucky for us, Love tends to play even better when the competition is higher. He's destroyed Dirk, Griffin and Aldridge this year. He's also been in one hell of a groove since his grandma passed away (RIP; just saying that's when this roll began).
Still looking for Barea and Shved to up their play. Both kind of let me down against Milwaukee, but I can hope for a bounce back performance tonight to make me feel better.
Go Wolves! Think we win tonight 110-100.

This is a "should win" game. If we just win our "should win" games, we'll be good.
Go Wolves

not a great start so far

More shitty d. What do you know. This team looks so lazy coming back.

Finally got Love back in. Those 6 turnovers were ugly by the bench.

ya.....that was terrible

It seems like the better coaches we've played against have all strategized to maximize transition opportunities against our team. We don't bother defending in the paint and don't make decisions when playing from behind. Seems like a formula if you get it inside quick against us and take more shots you will exploit our weaknesses.

Re: Continue The Streak(s)!
if that is the best that the bench can do, we are not going to do well tonight
Re: Continue The Streak(s)!
Well our starters are stinking too. Yuck.

Wow, does anybody actually give a shit or are they just there to pick up a pay check. I've about had enough of this joke of a team.
