Orlando's not trading Afflalo unless it's for a lottery pick or some young, budding star. His value is as high as it's ever been if not higher. Basically, he's showing this year why I wanted us to trade for him (tooting my own horn).

I just mentioned in the other trade thread about going for Jameer Nelson, however. Barea, Shved and a 2nd might get a bite from them. At least they'd pick up the phone.

Also, no way is Barea, Shved, Shabazz, Dieng and DC worth Nelson and Afflalo. They might as well give us Oladipo while we're robbing them.

But seriously he was a talented player so I have no problem trying to get a guy with talent. We just can't make the same mistake as Roy and pay a ton to see if we can get anything out of him.
