Trade for Jordan Hill
Re: Trade for Jordan Hill
Adelman wanted Hill a year ago, but Kahn decided not to pursue him.

Re: Trade for Jordan Hill
Hill would/will have a substantial amount of value if the Lakers make him available. And while next year might be a deep draft, there are plenty of playoff teams that will move a late first for a player of Hill's caliber. Hill is a solid player with a great skillset off the bench. The Lakers actually have several guys that would be welcome on the Wolves (Hill, Young, Henry), but I am with Jason in the sense that we really have virtually nothing to offer in a deal for any of these players. The Lakers only have 3 guarenteed deals for 2014 (Kobe, Nash and Sacre), so there isn't really even a salary dump trade that would work. Unfortunately, the Wolves are probably stuck with the worst bench in the NBA unless we deal Rubio or Pek, or take on a large contract from someone (i.e. Rudy Gay deal).

We could always play Dieng, but why do something so dumb?

this isn't true. Supposedly we offered him almost twice as much, but Hill decided to stay with the Lakers.
