Good to see. What an exciting year for younger players coming to the majors for the Twins.

Max in the Majors
Re: Max in the Majors
I know I know more about the Twins prospects now than a few years ago probably mostly because of Twitter but it just seems like the Twins are stocked full of young guys with potential.

Re: Max in the Majors
Terrific news! I don't have a problem letting him help Chattanooga win a championship (especially after we stole Sano and Buxton from them!), but I'm really glad he's coming up now. This kid arguably had a better season at the plate than Sano or Buxton, and he's only 22...great career ahead of him. Adding another pinch hitter to the bench so our catchers never have to hit with the game on the line can only help us.
At the Vikings game Sunday my friend said "the Twins' season is over". I told him I felt the same thing after losing 5 in a row, but I also told him this was the 4th time this season I had given up...shows how resilient this team is! We need to win at least 9 of the remaining 13 games to have a chance, but it's not out of the question.

For a team that had a ton of holes earlier in the year we seem to have started to run into not having enough spots for people with all the exciting young talent on the team. That is a good sign of things to come. Max really seems to be a solid hitter. I think his best position might be first for this team though. To bad we don't have any good young catchers coming in the ranks. We could really use some help there.
