Turiaf Out Indefinitely
Turiaf Out Indefinitely
Turiaf is out indefinitely with a bruised knee. I guess we'll finally get to see more of Dieng.
Re: Turiaf Out Indefinitely
Bummer. Turiaf was really growing on me. The rebounds has been surprising and the rim protection was great. He is also a guy with an edge that wont allow himself or his teammates to be pushed around.
I look forward to dieng getting more minutes. From what we saw from him so far, i expect a lot of energy, effort and good rim protection from him. I also expect rookie mistakes and a lot of fouls from him. Hope he grab this opportunity.

Too bad.....we'll miss him.....I'm sure we expected some injuries from him.......he's been well worth the money we are paying him this year.

Shocking, another injury. I think given our position in the standings, everybody will be "taking their time" coming back this season. Love might be "hurt" a little more this second half too.
Really gotta have a good sense of humor as a Wolves fan. Hoowwlllll!!!

Dieng is really raw but I like the potential, if he adds 15-30lbs in the off season he won't be as easy to push around and his defensive footwork is great. Dieng will probably see more minutes but I wouldn't expect anything more than 15mins because our coach likes Dante quite a bit.

Yep. At least until they're locked into a lottery spot that's NOT #13.

Zgoda tweets Ronny is out at least three weeks with his knee bone bruise. Longer than I was thinking, but I'm happy its not something structural.
A lot of love for Ronny on this board, and I agree...always been one of my favorite guys in the league. Not much talent, but he leaves it all on the floor every night. And opponents know they aren't going to get to the basket with a free pass. Bur the most important positive quality about Turiaf is that he seems to be an ideal teammate. Fortunately this aspect doesn't go away while he's out.
