Jack would at least get me a little excited. Miller and Allen don't evoke much optimism for me.

If we go for Jack, the deal needs to include MaM and Barea. I'd be more than okay with that. We'd have to take something back, but hey, let's see if anything gets done.

Also, Jack's last year of his contract is guaranteed. That helps.

Barea, MaM and a 2nd rounder or two for Jack and Zeller. Sound good?

I would actually love to see a deal for Jordan Hill as well. I realize we will have to deal a 2nd based on current rumors, but who cares at this point. He is someone I would like to keep long term. A deal of Cunningham/Hummel/2nd works. It saves the Lakers about $2M I believe ($1M in salary and $1M in Luxury), plus they get a 2nd. I like Hill as a long term bench big for the Wolves.

Ken Berger saying that Jack is likely staying in Cleveland past the deadline. Well that was fun

Not surprised, if they moved Jack they would have who, Delladova as their full-time back up to Kyrie? We wouldn't have much to offer, but yes, fun while it lasted.

I realllllllly hope we can move Barea. Watching him play the rest of this year might be too much for me to bear.

Can someone please explain the appeal of Jack? He has a worse PER than Barea, worse STD +/-, and is signed two more years (not just one) for more money per season. What am I missing? No platitudes please.

The appeal of Jack is that he is not Barea. The last year of his deal is only guaranteed for $500k

Sorry, couldn't help it
