I'm happy with Shabazz's minutes but too bad he didn't get a chance to take some clutch shots

The road team is on its second game in two nights missing two starters and one top reserve.

They played it well early, but why is it not surprising they're running on fumes late?

I saw way more mental errors than I did physical exhaustion..

Physical exhaustion and mental errors go hand in hand. The tired body cannot do what the mind attempts.

Lol no. Bad decisions on passes. Bad decisions to shoot. That has nothing to do with physical anything.

I don't think I have ever seen so many consecutive offensive fouls in my life...

J.J. Barea and his Napoleon Complex took away any chance we had to come back in this game...

I really will never understand the decision to go with JJ over Ricky in fourth quarters. JJ can be 12-12 from the field and I'd likely still go with the guy that can get others good looks.

Perfect example tonight of the fact that we are the best 1st quarter team in the league..... and the worst 4th quarter team.

This game shows why portland is a top playoff team and we are not making the playoffs. The blalzers have confidence and chemistry. You can tell we know were not making the playoffs and our chemistry can be hot and cold.

Bazz got his minutes but aside from the 7 boards wasnt really impressive. 1-8 shooting from him. Hummel grab 8 boards in 8 min less than bazz. Blazers were playing small with their bench.

Like many here, i wanted rubio in at the end. I dont care if he had to play with jj and defend mathews, just let rubio play in the end.

The Blazers have players that can drive to the hoop and play intense defense when needed. The Wolves have to execute their offense well in order to get open jump shots and even then if the shots aren't falling they have little or nothing to fall back on.

Blazer's picked up their defensive intensity after a somewhat lackadaisical start. After scoring 60 points with 3:53 still left in the 2nd quarter, we only managed 37 points from that point forward. That's really bad, but I give credit to Portland for really ratcheting up the intensity. My guess is that Adelman gave Shabazz and Barea extended minutes hoping that they could provide some offensive punch to help Love out.....Didn't work.

Cam - I agree with you completely! I know why Adelman is doing it, but I just can't accept it.
